Portable toilets, while necessary and convenient, don’t have the best reputation for cleanliness. We understand that and do our best to keep both your portable toilets and property clean when performing any servicing, maintenance, or transportation. One way that we achieve this is with containment pans under our toilets. They look almost like trays or an additional platform on the bottom of the unit.

What Is the Purpose of a Containment Pan?

Here is a little more information about containment pans so you can understand their purpose.

  • Extra Barrier: One of the main purposes of a containment pan is to act as an extra barrier between the portable toilet and your property. That way, you won’t have any waste reaching the ground or property. The edges of the pan are high enough that the pan can hold a good amount of waste until we can clear it away.
  • Catch Cleaning Solutions: The containment pan also serves as a sort of drip tray to catch any excess water or cleaning solutions when we’re cleaning the portable toilets for your convenience. That way, you won’t have to worry about the cleaning solutions harming your property or the ecosystem. We will always remove the excess water at the end of the cleaning service.

Our goal here at A&B Portable Toilets, Inc. is to provide a convenient solution when permanent restrooms do not suffice, and we will do everything we can to ensure the best possible experience when you rent with us. That means we will provide clean, high-quality units with the necessary supplies, like containment pans, to protect your property.
